Support your House!
Traditionally, students wear house colours on Sports Day and many add face paints to compliment their outfits. We would like to encourage you to do this today too. If you want to design your own face paint and then upload a photo to show us your creation, we would love to see you!

The Challenges
Family Sports Day
Have a go at our family sports day challenge. Get your family together, along with some healthy family competitiveness and set up your own sports day. See Mr. Tolley's video for more detail.
Tekkers Challenge
Think you've got the tekkers? Prove it by entering our tekkers challenge! This is your chance to show off what you can do, for a sport of your choice. See Mr Tolley and Mr Wynne's efforts in the video. Can you do better?!
HIIT Workout
Participate in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. This could be in the form of a Joe Wicks workout or another form of training. This type of training involves high intensity periods of work for a short duration of time followed by a rest period.
Press Ups Challenge
Complete as many press ups as you can in 30 seconds. If you cannot do full press ups, half press ups are fine. Good luck!
Wall Throw Challenge
The ball is thrown from one hand in an underarm action against the wall and then caught with the opposite hand. The ball is then thrown back against the wall and caught by the starting hand. This series of actions is then repeated for 30 seconds. It is important to ensure you are standing 1 meter away from the wall. You must keep count of how many times you catch the ball in the 30 second period.
Sit Ups Challenge
Complete as many sit ups as you can in 30 seconds. Good luck!
