Participate in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. This could be in the form of a Joe Wicks workout or another form of training. This type of training involves high intensity periods of work for a short duration of time followed by a rest period.
Complete as many press ups as you can in 30 seconds. If you cannot do full press ups, half press ups are fine. Good luck!
The ball is thrown from one hand in an underarm action against the wall and then caught with the opposite hand. The ball is then thrown back against the wall and caught by the starting hand. This series of actions is then repeated for 30 seconds. It is important to ensure you are standing 1 meter away from the wall. You must keep count of how many times you catch the ball in the 30 second period.
Complete as many sit ups as you can in 30 seconds. Good luck!
